Working meeting with PACE Rapporteur

    On 03rd of February 2022 a working meeting was held with participation of NBAAI top management, participants from: State Aviation Administration, UkSATSE, Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and PACE Rapporteur – Mr. Titus Corlățean with PACE Co-secretary on Legal Affairs and Human Rights – Mr. Lilian Apostol. The main topic of this meeting was a group discussion on the course of the investigation into Fatal Accident with Boeing 777-200ER 9M-MRD, operator “Malaysia Airlines”, occurred on 17th of July 2014 in territory not controlled by Ukraine.
    On results of this meeting Mr. Titus Corlățean will prepare a report – “Ensuring accountability for the downing of flight MH17”, which will be presented at PACE.
