Serious incident on 01.15.16

On January 15, 2016, at 05.16 UTC, onboard B-737-800 aircraft performing the passenger flight en route Lviv – Boryspil, a foreign smell was encountered in the passenger cabin during the climb. The pilot-in-command took a decision to return to the takeoff aerodrome. At 05.23 UTC, an uneventful landing was performed on the Lviv aerodrome.

The National Bureau is conducting the investigation into this serious incident.
