Serious casualty involving the small craft AZURA-480 UA0679DN, occurred in the Vicinity of Maryanivka Village, Kryvyi Rih District, Dnipropetrovsk Region.

    At 16:00 (Kyiv time), a collision occurred on the Karachunivske Reservoir (Inhulets River), in the vicinity of Maryanivka village, Kryvyi Rih district, Dnipropetrovsk region, near the “KR” recreation facility, between the personal watercraft SEAWOOD GTX (without a registration number) and the small craft AZURA 480 (registration No. UA0679DN), which was engaged in towing an inflatable recreational device (“banana”).
  As a result of the serious casualty, two children (one juvenile and one young child), who were on board the inflatable recreational device, sustained bodily injuries of varying severity and were transported to hospital for medical treatment.

    In accordance with the Procedure approved by Order of the Mindev No. 1627 of 25 November 2025, the NTIB launched a technical investigation.
