To the attention of the subjects of aviation activity, which are subject to the order of the State Service dated March 29, 2019 №396, regarding the provision of reports on aviation events and serious incidents

National Bureau of Air Accidents Investigation of Ukraine, in order to fulfill Ukraine’s obligations under the Convention on International Civil Aviation in terms of timely and effective technical investigations of aviation incidents and incidents, establishing the form, content and procedure for submission to NBAAI notifications of incidents with civil aircraft, approved an interim instruction “On submission to the NBAAI of notifications of aviation accidents and serious incidents with civil aircraft”, as well as “Form of notification of an aviation accident or serious incident.”
