Serious incident with Ka-32T UR-CIS, occurred during flight en route Marculesti – Constanta.

    At 06:50 UTC, during flight URA1505 en route Marculesti (Republic of Moldova) – Constanta (Romania) by helicopter KA-32T UR-CIS, operator «Aircompany «RSavia» LLC, during climb, the crew heard an unusual noise coming from the main rotor and identified a defect in the lower blade of the main rotor. The PIC performed a emergency landing on a site selected from the air. The landing was completed safely, with no damage to the aircraft. All five persons (crew memebers) on board sustained no injuries.
    A post-flight inspection revealed that a portion of the helicopter’s main rotor blade was missing.

    Investigation completed on 08th of April 2026. NTIB issued Final report (Ukraininan language).
